Developed a culturally driven relaunch strategy for American Apparel, repositioning the brand through Made in USA manufacturing, Gen Z targeting, and festival based experiential retail. The concept leveraged nostalgia, sustainability, and Coachella as a key platform to reintroduce the brand through limited drops, live customization, and ambassador partnerships.
